This package gives you weekly editing plus fully written show notes (aka your weekly blog post), scheduling, optimization, and everything needed to ensure your episode is live on time—every time.

How It Works

You’ll drop your raw audio file into our shared Google Drive folder by Friday at 3pm ET (or give me backend access to your recording platform so I can pull files for you).

By the next Friday before 3pm ET, you’ll have:

To keep your package simple, streamlined, and predictable, here is what is not included:

Guest management
Context editing
- (Meaning: I don’t rewrite or creatively restructure your episode to change pacing or shorten it. If you want something cut, just say so in your recording.)
Pulling “the perfect intro clip” from your episode
- (Happy to add your pre-made intro/outro, but I don’t fish for clips from within the episode.)
Last-minute editing or rush work
- I edit in weekly batches. Episodes must be submitted by Friday at 3pm ET.

Short answer: No — not anymore.
Longer answer: Most podcast hosts now include a built-in “Update ID3 Tags” button at the time of publishing. Simply click that, and your file is tagged + SEO-ready without needing me to do manual tagging.

You absolutely can — and we use AI tools too!
But here’s the thing:

AI often cuts too aggressively and makes “um” edits sound choppy.
It can’t always recognize the natural flow of human conversation.
It doesn’t know when you’re emphasizing something vs. misspeaking.
It can’t apply judgment, storytelling, or nuance.

We always do a full human pass to smooth transitions, fix glitches, and make sure your episode sounds professional and intentional.
Plus — no need for you to take editing notes.
