Longer answer: If you don’t have a podcast yet, all you need is a vision and I’ll build your new podcast. Your first month can be used as your launch month. Instead of producing episodes, I’ll build the foundation for your show and launch it.

I can create a YouTube podcast channel for your podcast, no problem. Be sure to mention it to me in our connect call, and I’ll add it on to my quote price for you. 

Totally up to you to publish weekly or bi-weekly, just let me know in our chat. My advice is always “Whatever you can keep up with consistently!” … I’ve seen monthly podcast shows grow.

I do recommend that if you have the bandwidth to publish weekly that you aim for weekly, just so that there is consistent marketing for your business. 

As much as possible I would recommend not skipping publishing weeks. I’ve seen clients that skipped one week “just once” and it ended up becoming a habit as it’s hard to get back into the routine of recording. Podcasting is a long marketing strategy, I recommend committing to show up for year.

I would also recommend that we have backup plan, such as a episode re:air or extra episode recording for an “in-case-of-an-emergency.” I also highly recommend batch recording your episodes as much as possible, this creates less pressure for a weekly recording and allows lots of room for “life” to happen. 

Bottom line is that I would recommend NOT skipping a week or deadline, but if it does happen we will just keep moving on and hit the next week deadline. 

You absolutely can—and I use AI tools too. But AI will not do ALL the work for your podcast.

AI helps speed up parts of the podcast process like transcription, drafting show notes, creating content ideas, and streamlining production workflows.

But here’s the thing:

AI can help with tasks.

It can’t manage a podcast.

AI can’t coordinate guests and follow up when someone forgets to send their headshot.

It can’t collect bios, links, and guest information before an interview.

It can’t build an episode calendar around your business goals.

It can’t decide which topic should come out next based on your launch, promotion, or audience needs.

It can’t keep track of deadlines, missing assets, or upcoming recordings.

It can’t log into multiple platforms and make judgment calls when something doesn’t look right.

This package gives you weekly podcast partner managing your podcast: from planning, to marketing, and everything in between to ensure your episode is live on time—every time.

We will plan out your podcast episodes a month in advance and put on the calendar a recording date/s. From there all you need to do is show up and record.

After recording is finished I will take it from there! You are done! You have top email priority for me so we will go back and forth as often (or not often) as needed.

Almost everything connected to a podcast show – I’m doing for you in this package. However one strategy that I wont do as I think it’s a waste of time is: 

  • Context editing

    • Meaning: I don’t rewrite or creatively restructure your episode to change pacing or shorten it. If you want something cut, just say so in your recording.

  • Pulling “the perfect intro clip” from your episode

    • Happy to add your pre-made intro/outro, but I don’t fish for clips from within the episode.

  • Last-minute post production podcast work or rush work

    • I work podcast episodes in weekly batch flow. Episodes must be recorded by Friday at 3pm ET and will be completed by the follow Friday.

You’ll drop your raw audio file into our shared Google Drive folder by Friday at 3pm ET (or give me backend access to your recording platform so I can pull files for you).
