My whole goal for you with this service is to make it as easy and as streamlined as possible for you to get that professionally edited video podcast up and running every week. BUT with details included.

Record
Set up your interviews on Zoom or your solo shows on Facebook (or whatever your have going on!) and hit record.
- Recording your Zoom on 2 separate files for interviews
- Using a USD microphone and NOT your internal computer mic or airbuds
Step 2
Drop
Drop your episode information in a form each week so that we are both on the same page, and all the details are in one place.
- Leave me with your episode number and title, so there is no confusion
- Anything pop up for this weeks episode while recording? ➡️ No problem! Let me know in the "Drop" form

I work on a week-to-week turnaround time, so expect to receive your perfectly polished episode by the next Friday at 3 pm EST.

How I work ...
I work on a weekly batch schedule where I take all of the episodes and put them through my 3 Step Episode Polishing Process throughout the week. Breaking this down means that I’m mixing episodes Monday and Tuesday, and podcast SEO and uploading by Friday!
Because of this, there is a weekly episode submission deadline of every Friday at 3 pm EST so you can receive your perfectly polished episode by the next Friday at 3 pm EST.

Actually, my services are never “open” or “closed” but done by first come, first serve basis only. Once all my spots are filled — I’ll put up a waitlist here. 😉
There is a 3-month commitment I ask from new clients as it typically takes a while to work out all the kinks. For returning clients — welcome back! (and come and go as your please) To cancel, simply send me an email.
This is a service is all about video podcast editing! You’ll be recording than dropping your video podcast episodes with me once a week. I’ll then put your episode through my 3 Step Episode Polishing Process, which includes professional video podcast editing (of course) as well as, adding intros, outros, and midrolls, and the cherry on top I’ll write podcast SEO onto your video file (the best place for SEO!). I’ll hand it back to you the following week, ready for publication WITH an audio file (JIC)
For as long as you want! It is a monthly payment to be a part of this service. If at any time after our first 3 months of working together you want to cancel this service, totally fine. Please email me and let me know and we will move into easy offboarding!
Easy, peasy! There is a “Drop Your Episodes Here” form that you’ll get access too and it’s where you drop your episodes information inside. This is so that I can have the detailed information about each episode so I can include SEO onto your video file. I’ll be sending you a Google Drive folder link — which is where I’ll ask you to drop your actual episode “to-be-edited”.
As many as you need. In your Episodes Drop form you have laid out all the details of what goes where and how many files etc. inside.
If you have a guest, please record two separate files, if you can — I can do a much better editing job with two files!
You bet! The order of your podcast show is a question I ask you in your Onboarding Questionnaire … and obviously this is super important.
Also in each episode you drop with my in the Weekly Episode Drop form — there is a space for you to let me know if there is anything else that I need to know for this episode.
The short answer is that I have 2 packages. One is for a 30 minute or less video podcast where the weekly episodes you hand in to-be edited are 30 minutes or less. And the other package is for a 60 minute or less video podcast where your weekly episodes that you hand in to-be edited are 60 minutes or less.
There is no limit for the number of guests.

My turnaround time for editing your video podcast is one week. I’ll ask that you drop your episodes that need to be edited by a submission deadline of Friday at 3 pm EST and I’ll hand that episode back by the following Friday at 3 pm EST. This is so that I work all of the episodes through my weekly batching system and hand back to you the best product I can create. It looks like mixing on Monday, cleaning on Tuesday and by Friday applying the SEO and uploading.
After you fill in a client application form here — you will get an email from me within 48 – 72 hours business days and if we are good fit I will send you the paperwork links to get started. Once you fill out your paperwork of contract and first month invoice you will get instant access to the Client Dashboard, that has all the links, and next steps inside. Just send your peeps to this page (yep, this one your on) and when they fill in the client application they will be asked: How did you hear about my podcast editing services? … and your person will write down your name.

If you have a ton of video episodes already recorded, then go ahead and drop them all in the Weekly Episode Drop form that you’ll find inside your Client Dashboard. You’ll have to go through the form each time for each episode. That way all the files are with me and you can be “hands-off” for a while. But you will be getting your episodes edited and returned to you one-by-one each Friday at 3pm EST.
I would suggest if you have too tight of a turnaround time … to not publish any episodes LIVE for a month and use that time to get ahead!
