Here's what's next:

1: Personal Link

Recording is done through Riverside.fm (we use both the video and audio recordings for content), your link to join will be added to your calendar invite prior to recording day and sent to you via email!

If everything is crashing and not working day of … I will email you an ER Zoom link to record as backup.

We will record for approx. 20 -25 mins

2: Housekeeping

I’ve put together a short pre-recording checklist. Please make sure you review this before our session, just to make sure you have everything:

Find a place with minimal background noise (close your office door, turn off noisy HVAC systems, etc.)
Make sure that you have a reliable internet connection.
Close unnecessary programs and turn off notifications (emails, messages, calendar alerts, Chrome notifications, Slack, HipChat, etc.)
Mute your phone, tablet, and any other nearby devices.
Plugin your headphones/microphone and hop into your riverside link.
When our chat is over, make sure you leave riverside open until the file has completely uploaded

3: On Air

We typically record podcasts 2-6 weeks in advance. I won’t be able to give you the exact date your episode will air at the time of your recording, as this depends on our editors schedule and how many episodes we have recorded prior to yours.

Once we have your final audio scheduled you will receive an email from us with your air date and links to the show.
