How it works:
You drop your raw audio file with me in a shared Google folder before Friday 3pm ET and I’ll hand you back a ready to go live episode the next Friday before 3pm ET. Done!
What's included:
- Podcast episodes edited weekly up to 40 minutes of raw audio by one assigned editor
- Removal of "uhm's" and "ah's" , silent spaces, and interruptions
- No editing noted needed - just tell me to "cut the last sentence out" while you recording and keep going
- Episode normalized
- Background noise reduced where possible
- Audio file normalized
- Intro, and outro files added at the beginning and end of each episode (if needed)
- Friday to Friday deadline (7 day episode turnaround time)
- 90 days of file storage in our shared Google folder
- Final MP3 file uploaded to Google Drive
- Feedback to improve audio quality (if needed)
- Access to a shared Asana board - to keep everything organized (if needed)
What's not included:
- Title creation, and episode description paragraph copy
- SEO research for your Podcast, website and episode
- Last minute editing jobs. I work on a weekly batching system and I'll be asking you to submit your episode for editing by a Friday 3 pm EST deadline, so I can get it back to you by the next Friday 3 pm EST

Step 2: Once the paperwork has gone through, I’ll be notified and I’ll send you a personal welcome email WITH the Google drive link just for you so you can start dropping your audio files.

Step 3: After, I’ll also send you an onboarding email to get a couple show details (like you next episode number!) as well as share my Asana board with you. Then you are done!

Actually, my services are never “open” or “closed” but done by first come, first serve basis only. Once all my spots are filled — I’ll put up a waitlist here. 😉
There is a 3-month commitment I ask from new clients as it typically takes a while to work out all the kinks. For returning clients — welcome back! (and come and go as your please) and when there comes a time that you need to cancel — just send me an email and I’ll cancel your services. No questions asked.
This is a service is all about editing your podcast episodes!
You’ll be recording than dropping your podcast episodes with me once a week, or more, if you would like to get ahead. Your deadline is Friday 3pm ET. I’ll then edit your episodes and hand then back to you by the next Friday 3pm ET.
For as long as you want! It is a monthly payment to be a part of this service. If at any time after our first 3 months of working together you want to cancel this service, totally fine. Send me an email and let me know what you would like and I’ll help you do that, no questions asked.
Easy! There is a “Drop Off ” folder in the Google Drive folder link that I’ll be sending you. Drop your episodes off there for me to pick up and edit. Make a folder if one episode has multiple files and start each file with the episode number! Nice and tidy.
As many as you need. I will edit your episodes and get them back to you once a week, starting with your lowest episode number first.
And … Yes! if you have multiple files for one episode, make a folder for that episode. Calling the folder your episode number.
You bet! If you typically have an intro and outro, send me those files and I’ll always add them in. Intro I’ll put right at the beginning and the outro I’ll put right at the end.
I do not add ads into podcast episodes anymore as dynamic ad does this job perfectly (and better!!) for podcast shows now. I encourage my clients to utilize this feature in their podcast hosting platform or move to a platform that offers this feature. I’ve had clients use this feature successfully.
The short answer 40 minutes of raw audio file or less. An average podcast show length that the average person will listen to is somewhere in the range of 20-40 minutes. If you have a longer podcast show please fill in this form here.

The short answer is “No.” – I (Sharon) oversee all the episodes, but I do have a team here with me (I could NOT do it all alone!) … and from my team, I will assign you one dedicated editor.
Fun fact: I’m Canadian (English as my first language) and I hire other Canadian woman with English as there first language to be on my team as well.

For podcast editing — Your investment is $297 USD per month with a min 3-month commitment I ask for new clients.
My turnaround time for podcast editing services is one week. (or 5 business days)
I’ll ask that you drop off your episodes by a submission deadline of Friday at 3 pm EST and I’ll have your episode ready to go by the following Friday at 3 pm EST. This is so that my team and I work all of the episodes through our weekly batching system and hand back to you the best product that we can create.
Yes, you can always batch record episodes ahead of time and submit them all at once. We will hand back one episode a week as per our Friday 3pm ET deadline. With the effort of trying to hand more back to you faster.
After you fill in a client application form here — if we are a good fit you’ll be directed to the Thank You and Proposal page. Once you fill out the Contract, you’ll be redirected to the Payment options page. Once I email you your Google Drive folder link, start dropping off your episodes.

You will be getting your episodes edited and returned to you one-by-one each Friday at 3pm EST.
I would suggest if you have too tight of a turnaround time … to not publish any episodes LIVE for a month and we can use that time to get ahead!

Asana, is a super simple project management system that my team and I track all of our clients work in. If you have nothing for your podcast in place – no worries – I will add you to my board and help you organize your podcast in there. This Asana board does stay with me and my team – there is no way I could copy it over to you when you leave my services. If you already have a project management system – please add me to that system. No need to have anything perfect – just a Google spreadsheet with numbers would be good to. (I’ve seen it all!)
Short answer is “No.” Not any more.
Long answer is that this is a service that I use to offer to ensure that each audio file was on brand and better SEO but podcast hosting platform now have a build in feature that as you go to click “publish” on your episode there is also a button that will “Update ID3 tags” as well. Simply click that button and your episode is ID3 tagged and SEO ready.
